We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 60 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product

Credits that has been given back to the customer is allowed to be used on our Website and Physical Stores.

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 1 year from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.
